Refund policy

All Black Cloud Battalion LED tail lights include a one (1) year limited warranty. If tail lights experience LED burnout or other component failure from normal use within one (1) year from purchase, Black Cloud at its sole discretion will either repair the components, replace the components or refund the purchase price at a prorated rate from date of purchase. Buyer must request a shipping label from Black Cloud before returning the lights for repair. International buyers will be responsible for all import duties and shipping charges above 50 USD each way.

For all other Black Cloud Battalion and BLK CLD Vintage products, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for some reason, you wish to return or exchange your item, please contact us within 30-days of purchase. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping labels will be provided for any defective products, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to Black Cloud Battalion without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom orders are not eligible for return. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
